And to answer ur question, I actually saw that person in two places, like in the middle of the path from spawn down (I don't know if that makes sense 😭) and in the BLLK area on that server (which would basically be after in what would be the Genshin area on the secure server, where a little further up there are those fences with barrels (╥﹏╥)
I don't know how old ur skin is, I actually saw that person a LONG TIME ago, but last night when I passed near the BLLK area I saw it again
